The PEAS © model for Social Selling with LinkedIn

What is the PEAS © model?

The PEAS © model is developed by Jan Willem Alphenaar in Februari 2016 for Philips MMD to make the international sales teams successful with Online Selling using Social Media. Also known as Social Selling

The model consist of 4 elements:

P (Profile) – Every member should have a complete profile that can be found and gives a good first impression.

E (Extend your reach) – Connecting with the right people, key decision makers, peers and other potential interesting people.

A – (Add Value) – Having a good network has no value, when you do not have any value for the network. This part is about sharing (content marketing) and engagement.

S – (Succes) – When the three previous steps are done, success will come to you. Success like leads, appointments, etc…

The model is internationally succesfully used by companies like Philips, Unilever, Bolidt, Organge Works, International Practice Group and Teijin Aramid.

The PEAS © model is the base for all my LinkedIn sessions.
